Our brittle will be mailed via UPS or USPS Priority service . Due to COVID-19 delays neither USPS nor UPS are able to garantee delivery dates.
Our Rules
- Orders will be shipped on Mondays, excluding holidays, unsing the above postal services. If you need shipping sooner please contact us immediately at conniesspecialtycakes@gmail.com and we can discuss any other available options.
- All orderd must be received by Sunday at 1pm EST in order to be shipped on Monday.
- We cannot guarantee arrival date of your brittle. Circumstances outside of our control such as COVID-19 delays, weather or address issues can deay the pickup or delivery of your package. We are happy to assist and work with you and UPS or USPS to resolve any delays that occur, however, Connie's Specialty Cakes and Dessert LLC cannot refund any part of your order as a result of shipping delays or incorrect deliveries.
